Service Beyond the Finish
We think you’ll appreciate the fact that we really do stand behind our products — and that a relationship with Intanova doesn’t end with your initial installation. Because the FutureWall™ System is a fully demountable and reconfigurable system, we understand that you expect to be provided with in-occupation support.
Customised Service
You choose as much support as you need. If you have an in-house property and facilities team, we can support them in whatever way they wish. If you don’t, then we’re glad to be your single point of contact, taking full responsibility for any work you require — including coordinating and supervising other trades. Intanova’s in-occupation services can be implemented on a as needs basis or under a term contract. Term contracts are best suited to customers who expect to make frequent moves and changes which allows for us to design a package with lock in rates for labour and materials and/or for units of accommodation.
Component and Parts
Because we stock all FutureWall™ components and parts, we can generally do small works on very short notice — however, for larger scale works we may need to order components and parts, which may take four to six weeks to manufacture.
Warehoused Product
For our customers that require frequent moves and changes, we hold a designated quantity of product at our warehouse for their exclusive use — which makes for almost instantaneous moves and changes.
System Recycling
When business reasons require that your FutureWall™ System needs to be removed — at the end of your lease, make good provisions, etc. — our team can remove your FutureWall™ System installation and either recycle the components into other projects and/or facilities or into one of its recycling material programmes.
