The FutureWall™ System takes the costly and time consuming site finishing aspects of conventional partition construction into an efficient quality-controlled manufacturing environment. The FutureWall™ patented aluminium framing components — Tri-Channel Stud, Head Track and Floor Track — are all constructed from reusable and recyclable anodised or powder-coated aluminium.  The FutureWall™ System has the capacity to accept a wide range of pre-finished panels — timber veneers, laminates, glass, fabric, metal and even stone veneer — and provides freedom for service reticulation through the walls.

Panels are typically 16mm pre-finished particleboard, 2700mm in height and are typically modulated on a 300mm basis. However, the system can accommodate panels of any size with appropriate stud spacing.  Even curved walls can be created by adjusting the stud layout.

Elevations on one or both sides of a module may be broken into multiple panels which can be horizontally or vertically articulated to satisfy functional and aesthetic requirements.  And because each side of a FutureWall™ partition is completely independent of the other, so completely different finishes can be used on either side of the wall to reflect a different look for each space.

The standard FutureWall™ configuration has been designed to achieve 39Rw and with enhancements can achieve 45Rw. Higher acoustic levels can be achieved by modifying the density of the internal insulation or treating the wall panels to achieve the desired ratings.
